Interreg Creative@hubs: The 1st Workshop in Aetoloakarnania for creative businesses

The Chamber of Aetoloakarnania, organized the 1st Workshop – “Historical events as a source of inspiration in art and added value in the cultural industry” within Creative@Hubs project on Saturday, 3rd of July 2021 at 18:30 p.m., in collaboration with “Directorate of Development of the Prefecture of Aetolia – Department of Culture, Tourism and Sports & Employment.
The workshop took place in Messolonghi at the exhibition hall of the Chrysogelos Building,
The workshop focused on the enormous influence exerted by the events of the Greek revolution, culminating in the departure of Messolonghi to the work of the French romantic painter Eugene Delacroix . The workshop was the occasione to collect fruitful ideas for the production of cultural industry products. The two keynote speakers were: the philologist Mr. Dimitrios Draganas and the tour guide, head of the program “Aetolian Hospitality” Mr. George Apostolakos.
