The Transnational Project Creative@Hubs Interreg V-A Greece-Italy 2014-2020 participates in the 87th Thessaloniki International Fair: Pavilion: 17 / Stand: 5

The purpose of its’ participation is the promotion and networking of the 4 Creative Hubs active in the Region of Western Greece.

Approaching the completion of the Creative@Hubs project of the European Territorial Cooperation Program "Interreg Greece-Italy 2014-2020", the Regional Development Fund of the Region of Western Greece presents at the 87th Thessaloniki International Fair the 4 Creative Hubs developed in Agrinio, Messolonghi, Patras and Pyrgos.

At the Stand of the Region of Western Greece at TIF (Pavilion 17 / Stand 5) the public will have the opportunity to learn about the actions implemented during the 4 years of project implementation, but also the opportunity to network and collaborate with creators, artists, organizations and companies active in the creative sector of the Region of Western Greece (RWG).

As part of the project, 72 workshops-seminars adapted to the needs of the local population of the creative industry sector of the 3 Regional Units were implemented in the Region of Western Greece with more than 2,000 participants, and know-how exchange missions of the hubs’ managers, as well as, B2B missions of the interested small and medium-sized creative enterprises were carried out with over 30 participants.

In addition, complete asynchronous training material was developed in 11 targeted thematic sections available to everyone through the project's digital platform with modern training and networking tools (https://creativehubs.cti.gr/home). There are still quite a few actions planned within the framework of the project and the public will have the opportunity to be informed during the 87th TIF.

The Creative@Hubs – Interreg V-A Greece-Italy project involves four partners: Region of Western Greece – Regional Development Fund (lead), Region of Epirus, Region of Ionian Islands and Region of Apulia. In the context of a programmatic agreement with the Region of Western Greece, the following partners also participate: CTI "DIOFANTOS", the three Chambers of Commerce of the Region of Western Greece (Aetoloakarnania, Achaia, Helia) and the Institute of Regional Development - Panteion University.
